Broccoli Puff
Broccoli Puff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen cut broccoli, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 c. milk and 1/4 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook broccoli according to package.
Omit salt.
Drain thoroughly.
Place broccoli in 10 x 6 1/2-inch baking dish. Combine soup and cheese.
Gradually add milk, mayo and egg to soup mixture.
Stir until well blended.
Pour over broccoli.
Combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
