Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or fresh broccoli, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 egg and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place broccoli in a casserole dish.
Combine the soup, mayonnaise, egg and 3/4 cup cheese; pour over broccoli.
Top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
