Broccoli Puff
Broccoli Puff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cut, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 oz. shredded cheese (1/2 c.), 1/4 c. milk and 1/4 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt; drain well.
Place broccoli in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Stir together soup, milk, mayonnaise, beaten egg and cheese until well blended.
Pour over broccoli.
Combine bread crumbs and margarine.
Sprinkle evenly over soup mixture.
Bake in moderate (350Β°) oven for 45 minutes until crumbs are lightly browned.
