Broccoli Pie
Broccoli Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chopped fresh or 10 oz. frozen broccoli, thawed *, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1 1/2 c. milk and 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate.
Heat 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 cup water to boiling.
Add vegetable, bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
Drain.
Mix vegetable, onion, green pepper and cheese in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate.
Bake at 400Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
