Broccoli Oriental
Broccoli Oriental is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. broccoli, cut up, 3 tbsp. butter, pinch of ground red pepper, 1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts and 3 1/4 tsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook broccoli and chestnuts in medium pan, covered, in small amount of boiling water 10 minutes.
Drain and keep warm.
In same saucepan, melt butter.
Stir in soy sauce and pepper.
Heat thoroughly.
Pour over broccoli.
