Broccoli Omelet
Broccoli Omelet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 eggs, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat eggs in a bowl until light and fluffy.
Stir in broccoli, onion, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, milk, salt, basil and garlic powder.
Pour into ungreased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese on top and place tomato wedges on top.
Bake, uncovered, at 325Β° until set, 25 to 30 minutes.
