Broccoli Newburg is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 2 tbsp. butter, 10 oz. can cream of shrimp soup and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook broccoli; drain.
Saute celery in butter; stir in soup, sour cream and sherry.
Mix well and heat.
Do not boil.
