Broccoli-n-Cheese
Broccoli-N-Cheese is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. onion, 3/4 c. celery, 2 c. cooked minute rice, 1 c. water and 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Separately, cook rice and broccoli as directed on boxes.
Chop onion and celery.
Drain water from broccoli, yielding 1 cup.
In large pot (broccoli should be cooked in), add all ingredients. Use the 1 cup water that was yielded from the cooked broccoli. Mix well.
Bake for 1 hour, uncovered, at 350Β°.
Top with Cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
