Broccoli Lasagna Rolls
Broccoli Lasagna Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley, 1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves and 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
To make sauce
Heat olive oil in medium-sized pan.
Add green peppers, parsley, spices and bay leaf.
Saute over very low heat, being careful not to burn spices.
Add tomato sauce and water. Simmer 2 to 3 hours.
Remove bay leaf.
About 1/2 hour before sauce will be finished, cook lasagna noodles according to package directions in unsalted water.
Set aside.
