Broccoli Italian
Broccoli Italian is an easy dinner. Made with 3 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 4 tbsp. butter, 1 clove garlic and 3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Partly defrost broccoli.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter.
Cut garlic clove in half and saute until golden. Remove the garlic and spread the broccoli in a single layer in the pan.
Saute, turning gently, for 10 minutes or until tender. Arrange in a flameproof serving dish.
Sprinkle with cheese and place under broiler for about 1 minute.
Serves 6 to 8.
