Broccoli-Ham Quiche
Broccoli-Ham Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell, 4 eggs, 1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, 1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked ham and 1 c. mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 400°.
Bake pastry shell 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 375°.
In a large bowl, beat eggs.
Blend in whipping cream, ham, cheeses, broccoli, salt and pepper.
