Broccoli Frittata
Broccoli Frittata is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chopped broccoli, 1 c. thinly sliced onion, 1 c. sliced mushrooms, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute broccoli, onion, mushrooms, green pepper, salt and pepper in oil in 10-inch ovenproof skillet until broccoli is crisp-tender, 5 to 10 minutes.
Cool slightly.
Combine eggs, liquid nonfat dry milk, cheese and basil and blend thoroughly. Stir into mixture in skillet.
Bake in slow oven (325Β°) for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
