Broccoli Dip
Broccoli Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1 medium onion, chopped well, 1 stick butter, 3 cans undiluted cream of mushroom soup and 1 medium can (about 4 oz.) drained mushroom pieces and stems, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In very large pot, heat broccoli (careful not to overcook); drain well.
Put back in large pot or very large mixing pan. Saute onion in butter until just done, but not burned.
Add onion mixture to broccoli.
Then add to mixture all other ingredients.
