Broccoli Dip
Broccoli Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. frozen broccoli cuts, slightly cooked, 1 lb. velveeta block cheese, 8 oz. cheese spread/sauce, 1 small onion, finely chopped and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In 2-quart saucepan saute onion in butter.
Add block cheese, soup and cheese sauce.
Melt over low heat, stirring constantly. Add broccoli cuts and garlic powder.
Cook over low heat until broccoli is semi-tender; do not allow to boil.
Serve warm.
Best when served with king size corn chips.
