Broccoli Cornbread
Broccoli Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained well, 1 (8 oz.) box jiffy corn muffin mix and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute together margarine, onions and broccoli.
Mix together the corn muffin mix, eggs and sour cream.
Pour muffin mixture over sauteed ingredients into a cast-iron skillet.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
