Broccoli Cornbread
Broccoli Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box chopped broccoli, frozen, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 stick margarine, melted, 4 eggs, slightly beaten and 6 oz. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix well and add 1 box (8 1/2 oz.)
Jiffy cornbread muffin mix and a dash of Tabasco.
Heat large skillet very hot with cooking oil.
Cook 25 to 30 minutes at 400Β° or until golden brown.
Bake thin; when cool, cut into small squares.
Bake in 2 skillets or 2 pans.
