Broccoli Cornbread
Broccoli Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box cornbread mix, 3 eggs, beaten, 1 medium onion, chopped and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Press broccoli between paper towels to remove excess water.
Combine cornbread mix, eggs, onion, cheese, butter and seasoning.
Stir in broccoli.
Batter will be thick.
Pour mixture into greased 8-inch square pan.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut into squares.
