Made with 1 tbsp. instant minced onion, 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained, 1 beaten egg and 1/4 c. coarsely crushed crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Blend broccoli, corn, egg, 1/4 cup crumbs, onion, 2 tablespoons melted butter, salt and pepper.
Turn into 1-quart casserole; top with 1/4 cup crumbs mixed with 1 tablespoon melted butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
