Broccoli Chowder
Broccoli Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. broccoli, 2 (12 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth, 3 c. milk, 1 c. chopped ham and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook broccoli in one-half of the chicken broth until tender. Chop up broccoli.
Add remaining chicken broth, milk, ham, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring several times.
Add remaining ingredients and broccoli.
Heat to serving temperature.
Makes 2 1/2 quarts.
