Broccoli-Chicken-Rice Casserole
Broccoli-Chicken-Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 3 or 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed, 2 c. cooked rice, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook broccoli as directed on package, drain.
Mix with remaining ingredients, except cracker crumbs and melted margarine and using only 1/2 can of Cheddar cheese soup.
Pour into greased 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish.
Top with remaining 1/2 can of cheese soup.
Mix crushed crackers and melted margarine with fork. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
