Broccoli Chicken Casserole
Broccoli Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, 2 c. cut up chicken (1 whole fryer), 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook frozen broccoli in chicken broth.
Mix soup, mayonnaise, juice and cheese.
Drain broccoli and place in casserole dish. Place cut up chicken on top of broccoli.
Pour mayonnaise and cheese mixture over chicken.
Crush crackers into fine crumbs or use bread crumbs, crushed fine, and stir into butter.
Top casserole with crushed crumbs.
