Broccoli-Chicken Bake
Chicken and broccoli baked in a creamy mushroom-soup-and-mayo sauce, then crowned with crushed potato chips for crunch. A retro casserole with serious comfort credentials.

👨🍳 Instructions
Boil chicken on stove top for 1 hour; cook broccoli as directed.
Drain.
On bottom of 9 x 11-inch pan, put chicken and broccoli.
Mix mayonnaise and cream of mushroom soup together. Pour over top of chicken and broccoli; mix.
Top with crushed potato chips.
Bake at 350° to 375° for approximately 45 minutes.
