Broccoli Cheese Soup
Broccoli Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. chicken broth, 1/2 lb. broccoli, cut in small pieces, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1/2 c. carrots, chopped and 6 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Add broccoli, onion and carrots to broth.
Cook for 20 minutes. In a separate pan, melt butter; add flour.
Cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
