Broccoli-Cheese Soup
Broccoli-Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1 chicken bouillon cube, 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped, 1 medium carrot, grated and 2 to 3 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a small pan, heat water and bouillon cube to boiling.
Add broccoli and carrots.
Cook 5 minutes; remove from heat but do not drain.
In a large pot, melt butter and slowly stir in the flour. Gradually add milk.
Cook until thickened.
Stir in cheese, soup, onion, sauce and pepper.
Add the broccoli and cheese mixture.
