Broccoli Cheese Pie
Broccoli Cheese Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (10 oz.), 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 2/3 onion, chopped, 1 1/3 c. milk and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Grease pie or quiche dish.
Defrost broccoli until separated. Mix broccoli, 2 cups cheese, and onions in bottom of dish.
In blender, mix eggs, milk, Bisquick, and seasonings on high speed. Pour over broccoli mixture and top with remaining cheese and paprika.
Bake at 400Β° for 25 to 35 minutes (top is golden brown). Cut into pie slices and serve warm.
