Broccoli-Cheese Dip
Broccoli-Cheese Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 20 oz. bag frozen broccoli, chopped, 2 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 or 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, 1 large can chopped mushrooms, drained and 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook broccoli and drain.
Add cheese, mushrooms and soup. Cook over low heat until thick.
(Can be done in microwave.) Serve hot with tortilla chips.
