Broccoli-Cheese Casserole
Broccoli-Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 46 minutes. Made with (7 to 8 oz.) boxes broccoli, cheddar cheese soup, c. milk, butter and french fried onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook broccoli according to directions on package.
Cook soup and milk on medium heat until smooth. Drain broccoli after cooking and put into 1-quart buttered casserole dish.
Pour soup mixture on top. Crumble 1/2 package Ritz crackers and put on top of soup. Dot crackers with 1/8 stick margarine. Bake until golden at 375Β°, about 45 minutes.
Put 1 can French fried onions on top about 5 minutes before taking out of oven.
