Broccoli Cheese Bake
Broccoli Cheese Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 chicken breasts, cut in small strips, butter, 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, cut in flowerets, 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook broccoli in small amount of water until crunchy.
Place broccoli in
10 x 12-inch casserole dish.
Add chicken and cover with cheese.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juice. Pour over broccoli and cheese.
Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top.
Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
