Broccoli Casserole II
Broccoli Casserole Ii is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1 roll garlic cheese, 1 can water chestnuts, sliced, 3 large stems celery, sliced and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook broccoli according to the directions; pour off excess water; set aside.
In the top of double boiler, melt cheese with mushroom soup while onions and celery are being sauteed in margarine.
Combine these two mixtures along with mushrooms and water chestnuts.
Into a large greased casserole dish, pour broccoli; then the above mixture and top with Ritz crackers.
Bake in 350Β° oven until brown and bubbly.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
