Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. uncooked rice, 2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed, 1 can pet milk, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute onion slightly in margarine.
Add soup and milk.
Mix in cheese, broccoli, rice and water chestnuts; simmer 10 minutes. Pour into a large, greased casserole dish.
Bake 1 hour at 325Β°. (Mixture should be creamy, not dry.) Casserole can be made a day or two ahead or frozen for later use.
