Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 medium onion, diced, 2 eggs, beaten and 3/4 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cook broccoli until done.
Drain very well, at least 1/2 hour.
Mix all ingredients except butter and dressing.
Pour into casserole baking dish.
Melt butter; add dressing.
Toss until lightly, but completely coated.
Spoon on casserole.
Bake approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown. (Can use covered casserole dish if you wish.)
