Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 8 oz. cheddar cheese, 2 eggs and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook broccoli according to directions on package.
Drain.
Mix the soup, mayonnaise, eggs (slightly beaten), shredded cheese and salt.
Place all ingredients, except corn flakes, in a 2-quart Pyrex casserole.
Crush corn flakes and place on top.
Cook, covered, at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
