Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. chopped broccoli, 1 c. grated cheese (mild cheddar), 1 can mushroom soup, 1 small can evaporated milk and 1 can french fried onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook broccoli and drain.
Grease 2-quart casserole dish. Put broccoli in dish and top with grated cheese.
Add mushroom soup.
Pour milk over top.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350Β°. Remove from oven; add French fried onions.
Return to oven for 5 minutes; watch carefully because onions burn very easily.
