Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Drain and place half in a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, cheese, onion and eggs.
Pour half of this mixture over broccoli.
Add remaining broccoli and top with remaining sauce.
Crush crackers and mix with butter.
Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
