Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Thaw broccoli and drain.
Drain carrots.
In mixing bowl add undiluted soup, mayonnaise and egg and mix well.
In casserole dish (large one) put broccoli and carrots in.
Pour mixture over top; spread (do not stir in).
Place shredded cheese over the top. Top with bread crumbs and bake for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
