Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped, 1 can peas, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook broccoli according to package.
Drain.
Arrange 1/2 broccoli in 2-quart casserole.
Cover with peas.
Mix soup, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, cheese, onion and eggs to make a sauce. Pour 1/2 sauce over broccoli and peas.
Add rest of broccoli and top with remaining sauce.
Sprinkle crushed crackers on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serves 10.
