Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (20 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, 1 (12 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. mayonnaise, 2 eggs, well beaten and 1 medium chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook broccoli in salted water according to package directions. Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs and onions together.
Blend in broccoli.
Pour in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle on cheese. Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to cook.
