Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli spears, cooked and drained, or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 c. milk, 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook broccoli until almost tender; drain.
Place in ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Beat soup and milk until smooth; pour over broccoli.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Mix Bisquick and margarine until crumbly; sprinkle over cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
