Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. fresh or frozen broccoli, cut up, 1 can mushroom soup, 3/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 small onion, minced and 2 eggs, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook broccoli; drain.
Combine undiluted soup, mayonnaise, onion and eggs.
Stir into broccoli.
Put into large ungreased casserole; sprinkle cheese on top.
Stir stuffing in melted oleo. Sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Can also be put in small dishes and frozen before baking.
