Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. chopped broccoli, 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained (save liquid), 2 tbsp. butter, 2 small onions, diced and 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook and drain broccoli.
Saute onions and mushrooms in butter.
Add liquid and 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup.
Add rice and Velveeta cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
Pour over broccoli.
Cover with cracker crumbs and butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
