Broccoli Casserole

Made with 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli (two 10 oz. frozen), 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 eggs, well beaten, 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese and 1 medium onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook broccoli until tender-crisp and drain.
Place in a 2-quart baking dish (buttered). Combine eggs, cheese, mayonnaise and soup.
Pour over hot broccoli. Toss croutons with melted butter and place on top.
