Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. mayonnaise, 2 eggs, well beaten and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook broccoli according to directions; drain well.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs and onion, then blend into cooked broccoli. Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole dish; sprinkle with cheese. Melt margarine; add stuffing crumbs, tossing to mix well. Sprinkle on top of cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes or until real bubbly.
