Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, small pkg. velveeta cheese, 1 can celery soup, 1 tbsp. milk and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil broccoli and chopped onion in salted water until tender, about 8 to 10 minutes; drain.
Add celery soup, 1/2 stick butter, Velveeta cheese (cut up in little chunks), milk, salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.
Stir well.
Put in buttered casserole dish and top with crushed crackers that have been sauteed in 1/2 stick butter.
Bake in 350Β° oven until hot and bubbly.
