Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. milk and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix soup, mayonnaise, milk and eggs.
Cook and drain broccoli and place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour soup mixture over broccoli. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top of soup mixture.
Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in saucepan; add cracker crumbs.
Spread over mixture in pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes uncovered. Yield
8 to 10 servings.
