Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 medium chopped onion, 2 eggs, well beaten and 1/4 c. margarine (1/2 stick melted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Thaw and drain the broccoli (do not cook).
In a mixing bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, cheese, onion, salt and pepper.
Add broccoli; fold in beaten eggs.
Place margarine and stuffing mix; sprinkle on casserole.
Bake at 350Β° in oven for about 45 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
