Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. (10 oz.) chopped broccoli, 1 can mushroom soup or cream of chicken, 3/4 c. mayonnaise (hellmann's), 2 eggs, well beaten and 1/3 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook broccoli according to package directions (drain well). Add soup, mayonnaise, eggs, milk, onions and 1/2 cup cheese; mix well.
Pour into lightly greased casserole dish.
Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
Mix melted oleo with the stuffing; sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes. Extra good!
