Broccoli Bake
Broccoli Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head broccoli, separated into flowerets, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 c. milk, 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook broccoli in boiling salt water 10 to 12 minutes (until stems are almost tender); drain.
Place in ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Beat soup and milk with whisk or fork until smooth.
Pour over broccoli.
Sprinkle with cheese. Mix baking mix and margarine until crumbly.
Sprinkle over cheese. Bake until light brown, 20 minutes.
