Broadways Cheesecake
Broadways Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. lemon gelatin, 1 1/4 c. hot water, 1/2 c. chilled evaporated milk, 1 1/2 c. whipping cream and 2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve gelatin in hot water and set aside until syrupy. Combine evaporated milk and whipping cream and beat until mixture is quite thick.
In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, cottage cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, salt and sugar.
Add cheese mixture to cream mixture.
Add partially set gelatin.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into crust and chill 4 hours.
