Broadway Bourbon Balls
Broadway Bourbon Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 2 tbsp. light corn syrup, 1/3 c. bourbon, 2 1/2 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers and 1 c. finely chopped walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In double boiler, melt chocolate with corn syrup and bourbon over 1 inch simmering water.
Stir in wafers, nuts and powdered sugar.
Shape into one tablespoon balls.
Roll balls in mixture of sugar and ground chocolate.
Let sit overnight before eating. Store in tightly covered container.
