Brittany'S Shortbread is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. soft oleo, 1 c. sugar and 5 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix oleo and sugar together, then mix in the flour.
Roll out about 1/2 inch thick and cut into shapes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
You can also use icing on them.
